We are seeking a talented and experienced Security Operations Manager to lead our security operations department. The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security services, managing a team of security professionals, and ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ premises.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the security team
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their security needs are met
  • Conduct security risk assessments
  • Investigate security incidents
  • Report on security operations

Essential Skills

  • Experience in security operations management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A valid SIA license
  • Drivers License
  • Candidates must be insurable on the Company’s motor insurance policy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports
  • Ability to assess possible criminal situations and act accordingly
  • Ability to manage and prioritise own workload
