Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Person to join our team. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Job description for General Maintenance / Cleaner person
- Oven cleans
- Carpet Cleans
- Bathroom cleans
- Cleaning communal areas
- Resealing bathroom and Kitchens
- Changing door locks / Handles
- Adjusting Door closers
- Fixing curtain poles and putting up blinds
- Removing rubbish
- Fixing broken furniture, wardrobes/ Drawers etc
- Assisting with lifting furniture into properties
- Building flat pack furniture
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in English to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license to travel to different job sites
- Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
