We are recruiting for Security Officers at our prestigious venues in Manchester.

This is not your average Security job and every day within the events industry brings something new.

Our teams support world-renowned venues during event build-ups, live show days, breakdowns and much more ensuring a smooth and safe operation of all services.

Every day will involve supporting visitors and customers at prestigious venues in Manchester. As a member of the security team – you will be the face for the OCS and will have the opportunity to work on high profile, exciting and televised events.

As a security officer, you will have the opportunity to work at Molson Coors in Tadcaster

The role of Security Officer will involve all the below postings -

Visitor management team - To support visitors on the entrance and exit of an event. Including signposting, queue management, answering queries, patrols.

Front of House Team - To provide a welcoming and friendly entrance.

Vehicle Entry Door Team - To keep our buildings safe and secure throughout the estate.

Search and Screen Team – To search and screen visitors arriving through main entrances of Molson Coors including the use of physical searching, security arches.

Progression opportunities into team leader positions, permanent security roles and management positions.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • To create a positive visitor experience for Molson Coors clients across various Areas of Molson Coors in Tadcaster
  • To ensure Health and Safety regulations are complied with. Ensures that means of escape are maintained and that exit doors are not blocked.
  • Key role in the implementation of Emergency Procedures.
  • Provides a security presence to prevent and detect crime
  • Ensures that those presents are authorised to have access to or be within restricted areas
  • Responds to all security incidents as required, keeping the control room informed and escalating where necessary
  • May be required to escort unauthorised persons from the hall or be involved with the ejection of persons if required
To succeed in this role you will need
  • SIA License Door Supervisor – essential
  • Previous experience in security roles – essential
  • Previous experience in customer facing roles – essential
  • A motivated, friendly, and engaging individual with a passion for events.
  • Excellent communication skills
