Co-ordinating planned and reactive maintenance at a customer site.

About The Role

You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating the maintenance and repair of buildings and services, plant machinery and equipment at a key client site.

As well as co-ordinating all functions of the maintenance plan (PPM) and managing external contactors, you will:
  • provide hands-on support for plumbing, electrical and decoration services
  • be responsible for controlling the site’s BMS and compliance systems, while delivering the energy saving plan
  • be responsible for risk management, issuing work permits, risk assessing and managing the internal compliance systems
  • be an ambassador for the customer; dealing professionally with complaints and queries


About You

To succeed in this role you will need:
  • Experience in a comparable role
  • Good IT literacy
  • IPAF registered
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team-working and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good education to National Level 2 - e.g. GCSEs A*-C or equivalent
  • Knowledge of plumbing desirable
  • Experience in a retail / leisure environment preferred
  • Strong technical skills
  • Driving licence is required as company vehicle is provided
