Part-time Security Guards - £9ph

From 8 up to 26 hours per week.

SPARTAN is looking for Security Guards to assist the current team on a weekly part-time basis, covering annual leave, absence and extra requirements when necessary.

Regular and guaranteed weekly shifts in Birmingham and Walsall, from 8 hours up to 26 hours per week.

These roles ARE NOT FULL TIME and are ideal for professionals who are looking for additional working hours every week.

Full training is provided.

Candidates Must:

  • Have access to vehicle
  • Hold a valid SIA licence in Door Supervision
  • Hold a valid SIA licence CCTV Operator (not mandatory)
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have the ability to write reports
  • Provide a full up to date CV
  • Provide references from current or previous Employers

Duties:

  • Report in time to security office and clock in
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Patrolling the facilities internal and external to deter and detect problems
  • Lockdown the premises according to assignments instructions
  • Monitoring CCTV system
  • Patrol by vehicle 2 more locations nearby
  • Maintaining records including the daily patrol sheet
  • Monitor client’s contractors, labourers and cleaners
  • Investigating and writing detailed reports on incidents

The cover required:

  • Nights, over the week
  • Days and nights over the weekend

Shifts and hours per week:

  • Up to 3 shifts per week
  • Minimum 8 hours per shift
  • From 8 up to 26 hours per week

Payment terms:

  • Hourly rate at £9
  • Use of your own vehicle and fuel expenses at £0.45 per mile
  • PAYE or Self Employed (UTR)
  • Individuals who provide their services through a limited company are welcome to apply
  • No admin fees
  • Payments on the first of each month
