We are looking for a confident and organised individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide admin and secretarial support to the Vasectomy Service, which is based at Whyteman’s Brae Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

You should possess good keyboard and IT skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Training in specialist Sexual Health IT system NaSH will be provided. A working knowledge of TrakCare and Winscribe is desirable.

Previous admin / secretarial experience is essential along with the ability to work as a part of a team. You should also be able to work using your own initiative with minimum supervision. The ability to deal with the public, along with an awareness of patient confidentiality and handling of patient information is required.

Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
