Seasonal Site Assistant
Salary: £10.04 per hour (FTE £18,290)
Contract:Fixed term 01 July - 31 October 2021
Hours: Average of 21 hours per week. Includes weekend working
Based:Thatcham

Do you enjoy working with people? Could you ensure that every visitor has a positive experience during their visit? Do you want to work in a fun vibrant team?

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly person with a positive attitude to join their team. This role is extremely hands on and every day is different. Tasks will range from dealing with visitor’s queries, site maintenance, keeping the site tidy, room booking set up and supporting the team with any issues.

The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service. You will also be able to work well and communicate with a wide range of people to establish good working relationships, and support and cooperate with others.

Enthusiasm and the ability to deal with difficult situations in a busy environment is vital!

This Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
