You will enable their self-organisation capabilities and work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to ensure attainable goals are set and delivered by your team. Furthermore, you will also be actively involved in mentoring and supporting other Scrum master’s across the business and a key player in Communities of Practice and other Agile influencing circles.Developing talented people is vital to our strategy.   • Educating and coaching Agile best practices.
  • Supporting teams in removing impediments.
  • Enabling teams to deliver business objectives.
  • Ensures the voice of your teams are heard and understood.
  • Generate and share reports on team performance, objectives and forecasts.
  • Manage external product dependencies.
  • Mentor and support other scrum masters.
EssentialKnowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Established Scrum Master Experience
  • Significant experience of facilitating all scrum ceremonies impeccably while adapting them to meet organisational and team needs appropriately.
  • Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way.
  • Experienced with Agile Frameworks - (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE…) and Agile planning tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Line Management experience with ability to nurture and grow direct reports.
