We’re seeking a tenacious School Sales Researcher to join our friendly and vibrant team. Based at our support centre in Ross-on-Wye, you’ll be responsible for keeping our Salesforce database accurate, relevant and up to date.

THE ROLE

  • Researching, gathering and checking information from websites and other sources
  • Cleansing and updating records on our Salesforce database
  • Keeping educational establishment records current and accurate
  • Setting up new schools, colleges and universities in a timely manner for our Sales team
  • Monitoring inboxes, actioning and forwarding emails as required
  • Being a team player and taking on other responsibilities to help your colleagues

IS THIS YOU?


  • A fantastic eye for detail
  • Enjoys researching and gathering information online
  • Confident IT user, ideally with experience working with databases or Salesforce
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
