VACANCY – SCHOOL CARETAKER LEVEL 3

27 hrs per week 52 weeks per year. Grade 5 SCP 7-9 equivalent to £10.60/hour
Commence January 2023

The Governors are seeking to appoint a responsible and reliable person to work flexibly under the direction of Senior Management Team.

You will need to be:

  • Enthusiastic, self motivated and have the ability to use your own initiative to deal with issues as they arise on the premises.
  • Able to assist in maintaining and improving the appearance of our school building and outdoor environment.
  • Able to use basic DIY skills eg painting and fix minor repairs.
  • Responsible for key holder duties.
  • Aware of and respond to Health and Safety issues.
  • In possession of good communication skills.
  • Using where appropriate powered equipment.
