About The Role

As a Salesforce Solution Engineer you’ll use your knowledge of the Salesforce platform to build best-in-class functionality for customers, ensuring that what’s developed maximises the potential of standard features, while ensuring customisation is completed in a way which is "low-code" but high-quality.

You’ll work alongside Salesforce Consultants, Developers & Architects and will be comfortable translating lightweight requirements into initial prototypes or proof-of-concepts, before taking these into production build.

You’ll most likely work within a delivery (Scrum) team delivering functionality for either a single project or a range of smaller projects.

About You

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• An excellent understanding of the declarative tools within Salesforce (in particular Flow)
• That you are comfortable communicating technical issues in clear, easy to understand everyday language.
• The ability to solve complex problems, and to concisely summarise and share findings.
• Capable of viewing both the big picture and small details of a situation.
• Accomplished communicator, through written, verbal and presentation skills.
• A friendly, customer focussed attitude.
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team with a diverse range of interests and backgrounds.
• The ability to take initiative and a motivation to progress your career.
• A technical aptitude, and clear interest in technology.
• Most likely have at least a couple of Salesforce Certifications (e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant)
