By joining our growing UK Salesforce delivery centre, you will have the opportunity to define and shape the strategy and work alongside world class colleagues. The work will be varied: covering multiple industry sectors, pre sales and delivery, as well as providing opportunity to continually developing your skills.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be helping define and deliver end to end solutions to our extensive client base and a key contributor to winning further salesforce related work for the business. You will be working across multiple delivery streams, turning requirements into a tailored solution design and managing change.

The role will see you playing a major role in delivering the solutions to clients, including integration of Salesforce with third party COTS and bespoke solutions. Mentoring the team, and knowledge share wherever possible will also be a key part of the role.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
  • Experience in a Salesforce role covering multiple Salesforce clouds.
  • Extensive experience with a minimum of two of the following products, certifications preferred:
  • Service Cloud
  • Sales Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud
  • Health Cloud
  • Salesforce Industries (Energy, Telecoms, Insurance, Finance)
  • Pardot
  • Communities
  • Field Service
  • Commerce
  • Mulesoft
  • Tableau
  • Lightning Apps
  • Proven track record of turning business requirements into Salesforce configuration and customisation.
Nice To Have
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodology
  • Experience in one of CGI’s industry sectors
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales role and/or sector contacts that can be a base for future business development
  • Ability to work in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning, and experience building and giving client demos using Simple Demo Orgs (SDO)
