Sales Support / Order Processor
Sandbach, Cheshire
Salary: £28,000 + monthly bonus scheme

Our client is a fast-growing company and the successful candidate will be part of a vibrant team with a winning culture. The business distributes high quality gate hardware and aluminium gates, to both domestic and commercial markets. The Role

The role will involve management of gate orders from gate drawing sign off’s to scheduling deliveries, and assisting the sales team to secure live enquiries through helping with technical queries and quotations. The role holder will have to be tenacious, highly organized and competent in order to provide outstanding customer service and make our internal processes smooth to support rapid growth plans.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all gates are on the correct status within the order system.
  • Placing gate orders with the gate manufacturers.
  • Keeping clients informed on order progress.
  • Confirming details for gate production with customer, documenting this and relaying it to the supplier clearly.
  • Gate Drawings for customer to sign off measurements.
  • Ensure gate progress system is in order and up to date.
  • Checking gates when they’re delivered for any defects.
  • Gate quotations.
  • Scheduling gate deliveries.
  • Booking transport for gate deliveries.
  • Answering customer queries.
  • Helping with inbound customer queries on all products we supply
  • Any other tasks agreed once employed - as a small team everyone is required to be flexible to do what’s best for the business.

Essential

Requirements:
  • The ability to communicate excellently both verbally and in writing
  • A good attention to detail, analytical skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Practical minded to understand installers requirements
  • Previous experience in talking to customers
  • Previous experience of working in a team

Desirable
  • Basic drawing experience with Google Sketchup or CAD
