What does the role involve?

Working as part of our Make-Live team, you’ll play an important role in acting a key point of contact for our Broker network. You’ll also get involved with quoting and reporting, as well as liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth process between quote and delivery.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Acting as a key point of contact for our brokers
  • Making sure we receive any outstanding documentation and information
  • Keeping informed of order updates and issues
  • Cross-checking reports
What are we looking for?

You’re enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are naturally inclined to take ownership and want to see things through. You enjoy being involved in the process and don’t hesitate to pick up the phone to communicate when needed.

  • Passion for great customer service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Well organised, and able to prioritise tasks
