What does the role involve?

Working as part of a small and friendly team, you’ll be taking care of complaints that haven’t been resolved at the first point of contact. Your role will involve undertaking a thorough investigation of the customer’s case to identify the right outcome.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Listening to call recordings and making notes
  • Reviewing notes, documentation, and information on customers’ accounts
  • Liaising with teams the customer has had contact with
  • Writing formal response letters
What are we looking for?

You’ve got a real passion for customer service and are someone who likes to make sure things get put right. It’s likely you’ve got some experience working in a regulated environment, so you understand the principles and requirements that come with taking care of customers in a regulated industry. If you have previous complaints experience that’s great but we’re also happy to hear from you if you can demonstrate transferrable skills from a regulated business.

Also, We’re Looking For The Following
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Confident IT skills, and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience in a regulated customer-facing environment
