At Lookers Group Fleet, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our skilled team as a Sales Support Advisor, based in Gateshead, with a flexible hybrid working approach.As a Sales Support Advisor, you will assist the Group Fleet Account Managers and Senior Sales Support Advisors in providing exceptional customer experiences to Group Fleet customers that are both professional and efficient.You will support the ordering of vehicles for customers using the internal fleet management system. You’ll make sure that all orders comply with Lookers policies and procedures, and you’ll give customers accurate quotations utilising our approved quotation system.You will be responsible for maintaining customer databases and answering all internal and external queries via telephone and online.If this sounds like your ideal role, continue reading to find out about what we’re searching for.About YouYou will have previous experience in a sales support/Administrator role within a fast-paced environment. Motor trade experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential, as training will be offered.You’ll have strong IT skills and be comfortable using an online database and Microsoft Office programmes.We’re searching for an organised individual with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent communication skills, can build relationships with customers and suppliers.
