Field Sales Support Assistant
Hours of work: Monday to Friday with shifts of 9am-6pm and 10:30am-7:30pm in weekly rotation
The Role:
The Field Sales Support Assistant will provide sales support to all members of support at our HQ and regional team in line with regional and channel objectives. They will be a highly organised self-starter who can not only follow instructions accurately and on time, but will also take responsibility for driving support efficiency and suggesting new ideas and processes for improvement. This is a broad role requiring a high degree of initiative and is likely to cover areas including: general support and administration, sales reporting, escalations/complaints and inbound/outbound calls

The Job:
- Day to day administration and support to all the sales channel
- Ensure queries are done in a timely manner
- Create reports as requested by line manager
- Assist in chase-ups of accounts that are in provisioning, rejected, GW approved or HTQs and assisting in their progress
- Assists sales agents with inquiries by email
- or phone
- Ensure all the compliance rules are followed
- Assist sales agents with the verification process over the phone or via emails
Experience and Skills required:
- Highly organized, pro-active and responsible self starter
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to work under pressure and within tight timeframes
- Strong initiative and can demonstrate a desire to improve all areas of operation
- Excellent written skills
- Experience of working in a busy sales office desirable
- Good communicator - able to manage challenging sales people
- Take responsibility for own actions and development
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required
- Good role model
- Demonstrate positive attitude at all times
