If you love speaking to people, and can start a conversation with just about anyone, joining us as an Outbound Sales Advisorcould be the perfect role for you! Our outbound call center based in Hull is a team like no other - we’re passionate about our customers, excited about our products and we’re all about winning together. Our customers are all types of businesses across the UK, and as as Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll be calling them to talk about their payment solutions - in other words, the terminals we tap our cards on in a shop, and the software that enables us to pay for things online - and how we can partner with them to make this better for them.

What you’ll be doing:

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you’ll be working in a driven and experienced team who are all working towards the same goal while taking ownership of their individual responsibilities. Day to day, you’ll be:

  • Making outbound calls to a variety of cold and warm prospects, contacting some of the biggest and brightest businesses in the UK to discuss how they take payments in their business
  • Booking appointments for our Business Development Managers in the field, so they can demonstrate the product and close the sale
  • Offering a great service to the customer and demonstrating how DNA Payments can partner with them in supporting the most important part of their business

Who you are

  • You’ll have some experience in an outbound calling role, with a focus on sales and customer service - we will give you full training on our products and how we work
  • You love to pick up the phone to speak to people - asking questions, finding out what makes them tick and how we can support them and their business
  • You love a sense of accomplishment - hitting your targets and delivering on promises gives you a buzz that you’ll never get tired of
  • You might be the person people go to when they need advice - you’re famous in your friendship group for being motivated and a problem solver
