About This RoleThe Program Director for Sales Operations is a critical internal role responsible for driving Sales productivity improvements and initiatives within our Europe End User channel as we continue to grow and scale. Within Sales Operations, Sales productivity is improved through the development and execution of sales productivity programmes, which this role is responsible for. This will encompass deep analysis (quantitative and qualitative) of sales productivity drivers, developing potential solutions, and programmatically executing these within Europe End User regions. As part of this, there is also a strong need for activities such as sales and leadership coaching in the field. The role also includes communication and reporting to track progress, impact and ROI. Please note that while the position is advertised as primarily in the UK, we are currently open to consider successful candidates from other EU countries.What You’ll Do
  • Develop, improve and execute key programmes to drive sales productivity and revenue growth in Europe End User Sales channel.
  • Advocate for change and improvement with Sales Leadership at the regional level, and with account managers both regionally and individually - effectively communicate the "WHY" and ensure buy-in.
  • After effective training, make independent decisions and own the most effective methods.
  • Analyse leading indicators to identify gaps and opportunities and evaluate possible solutions.
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales, commercial, programme management or professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to understand business/productivity drivers and challenges, and to develop recommended solutions using fact-based analytics
  • Ability to develop strong credibility with sales leadership and senior level relationships within Gartner and Europe and to become a respected coach/advisor.
