Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join their team, located in the Yateley area. If you are an experienced Sales Operations Manager and you’re looking for a change in career – this could be for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation and development of sales projects.

  • Developing and implementing training, including anti-fraud, customer service and sales training where appropriate.
  • Completion of general management duties for staff, including one-to-ones, annual appraisals and Health/Safety compliance.
  • Ensuring the sales function is suited to mitigate against any threat of potential fraud.
  • Creating and adhering to robust ID checks at point of sale.
  • Creating clear and coherent SOPs and relevant KPIs for the team.
  • Ensuring the department continuously offers strong customer service to all customers.
  • Identifying areas of where you can increase value of stock, calculating spend vs reward.

Your Background & Skill

  • Proven experience within a similar sales operations’ role within the motor trade.
  • Sales Management experience.
  • Highly detailed and accurate in all working practices.
  • Analytical with high attention to detail.
  • Very well organised.
  • Sales and negotiation skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft office packages (word, excel etc).
  • An understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
