Our Country Business is looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator into their busy Tunbridge Wells office.

Within this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of buyers, which will include generating and conducting viewings and obtaining offers on properties. You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases as well as handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner.

The ability to build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership as well working closely with members of other departments for the purpose of obtaining information in support of valuations and also to keep an eye on cross selling of business will be essential.

We are looking for a confident and persuasive individual who has prior experience working as a Negotiator or within a similar role. You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with buyers and clients, whilst also having a proven track record in closing sales.
