Our client, a busy and well known Estate Agency in Falmouth, is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The office will be made up of a team of highly knowledgeable property professionals, all working towards providing an excellent level of customer service to their exclusive clients. You will need to have good knowledge of the local area and a strong proven track record.

The Sales Negotiator role will involve general sales negotiator duties including:
  • Greeting buyers & vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • Valuation generation
  • Negotiating offers
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Some sales progression when needed
  • At least 2 years experience within Estate Agency
  • Proactive
  • Hard-working attitude
  • Good customer service skills
  • Full UK driving licence

Working Hours Of a Sales Negotiator
  • Monday to Friday 8.45 am-5:30 pm
  • Saturdays on a rota basis 10:00am -1:00pm

Salary/Package
  • £18,000 - £20,000 basic
  • £25,000 - £27,000 OTE
  • Pool car
