Job role

We’re looking for a sales and marketing professional who are keen to take on the challenge of business development and sales.

Entrepreneurial spirt is a must, we want someone with a desire and hunger to develop and support a new client base. As a small sized agency, we’re offering a more hybrid role that suits someone with a passion for sales and marketing:

• Support and develop the business development plan. Ensuring you meet and exceed targets set within plan
• Proactive approach to generating quality prospect leads and securing new clients from phone, emails to face to face
• Using excellent customer relationship building you will engage and communicate with prospective clients
• To actively work with the team to prepare and present winning pitches
• Create and manage sales funnels, content and tactics
• Transition new clients into the business and provide sales and marketing support on projects where needed
• Ability to work on multiple and concurrent projects at once with mixed levels of complexity
• You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the CRM system. Making regular research calls and database updates
• As part of the business development plan, be open to planning and actioning PR opportunities
• Proactively investigate new opportunities, keeping your finger on the pulse with new trends and hot topics
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Being organised is your forte, you will manage your workload and keep pace with projects making sure work is delivered on time
• Experience in the creative / marketing industry is beneficial
• Various account management support duties will be included to help manage a busy Studio and cover holiday
• You will be proficient in the use of industry standard office software, including CRM management, and familiar with Cloud based file sharing solutions.

Salary

• Salary is dependent on experience and open to negotiation
• Bonus package available
• Full time and part time candidates will be considered
