Job Description About our Sales Manager (Partner Channel) role

Our Partner Account Management team are the key link between Sage and our external partners helping to achieve hyper growth with cloud native solutions at the forefront.

With a focus on people management you will inspire and drive a team of ambitious and driven Partner Account Managers who deliver success and growth throughout the Partner Channel covering a suite of SaaS products (Sage 200, X3 and Intacct). You will have an opportunity to mentor and deliver on an exciting sales strategy to strengthen and cement Sage’s position as a market leader.

Summary of your day-to-day?

You will work closely with your team, coaching and mentoring to assist in the development and growth of the partner division. Acting as an expert you will advise key partners on business development strategies, growing your knowledge and expertise by attending industry conferences is also key to the role. Proactively leading joint planning process’ that will develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

  • Experience in a sales management position
  • Experience in a SaaS / tech background would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of managing a high performing team.
  • Must be able to build relationships internally and externally
  • Commercial experience in a similar role.
