The Partner Success team are committed to the improvement of services, resources, and the overall effectiveness of the Sage partner ecosystem
The Partner Success Manager role will be specifically responsible for enabling our partners to succeed. Working day to day with partners and colleagues, you will identify opportunities
to drive change and improvements that provide a brilliant experience.
You will be accountable for creating the conditions that allow strategic business plans to succeed while ensuring our partners are constantly improving and measured across all key
customer success areas, resulting sales hyper growth, increased renewal rates by value and improved NPS scores.
Working with stakeholders in country and global central teams you will review and improve commercial & success conditions and adherence to drive consistent program standards that
will help us in our journey to becoming a great SaaS company. Working at pace to ensure partners are held to account for their commitment to SaaS growth.

Key Responsibilities Key Accountabilities

As a Partner Success Manager, you will ….
  • Act as a business growth consultant providing advice and assistance which maximise opportunities to build and accelerate revenue
  • Analyse current sales performance and metrics, and make recommendations for increasing sales productivity
  • Analyse the current skills, knowledge, and processes in the partner channel to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Create and embed Sales enablement resources and methodologies to accelerate finding and winning new business
  • Mentor and coach Sage partners and colleagues, to embed sales processes and best practices
  • Work with the partner teams to own the success planning of partners, ensuring they have the capabilities to sell and deliver Sage products, with a key focus on
  • Identify areas to improve effectiveness within the partner organisation.
  • Facilitate and capture requirements and business needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Support senior stakeholders to translate their vision and strategic
  • Manage and monitor completion of success plans
  • Provide visibility to the business where both a positive or negative partner intervention may be required.
  • Keep your skills up to date, identify new methodologies and techniques which could improve processes and practices.
Skills, Know-how And Experience
  • Extensive experience in channel relationship management, particularly with large complex organizations
  • Sales expert with demonstrable commercial success, preferably within a cloud environment
  • Experience building effective sales enablement programmes
  • Experience of identifying new ideas and opportunities to deliver business benefits.
  • Proven experience of working on multiple, concurrent projects and/or relationships accounts which delivered positive outcomes.
  • Ability to build and execute on effective high touch enablement plans spanning every element of a customer journey
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to influence and develop effective working relationships at various levels
  • Coaching and consultation skills
  • Strategic planning and mindset
