What will you be doing?

  • Building and managing two sales teams from scratch: business and residential
  • Building the structure, process and culture to drive high performance
  • Managing KPIs daily, driving high levels of activity and motivating/supporting your teams
  • Leading from front, you will be very visible and regularly in the field with your people
  • Exceeding your monthly targets, striving for improvement in all areas of operation
  • Taking a data led approach, you will have a detailed understanding of your numbers (output) and their key drivers (input)

What are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of high performance in business sales management
  • Evidence of adding value to a team over a defined period
  • Experience in building new teams at pace, and scaled them to success would be a big advantage
  • Experience in the telecommunications/connectivity market
  • Tenacity, drive, hunger and at home in a fast-paced environment
