As Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales team, drive business growth, and ensure efficient office operations. You will actively pursue new business, analyse market trends, and promote the agency’s services to meet client needs. Additionally, you will assist with staff development, handle enquiries, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development:

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities following the Big Rocks strategy.
  • Establish a comprehensive marketing and canvassing plan to target potential clients.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs, tailoring sales strategies to meet those needs.

Valuation and Listing

  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to set and implement a marketing plan to achieve office valuation targets.
  • Conduct property valuations in accordance with the World Class lister Big Rocks processes.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with staff development to maximize business opportunities.

Customer Interaction

  • Address day-to-day enquiries from clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Administer general office tasks and ensure timely completion of all appropriate checklists.

Online Marketing

Maximize business opportunities by promptly responding to website, Rightmove, and Zoopla inquiries.

Lead Generation:

  • Drive lead generation through partnerships with conveyancers, mortgage advisors, and other third-party suppliers.

Provide regular updates to vendors and buyers regarding property transactions.

Data Management:

  • Ensure all notes and records are accurately and promptly entered onto the contemporaneous software system.

Compliance:

  • Ensure strict adherence to the Property Ombudsman code of practice and all relevant estate agency legislation.

Ad Hoc Duties:

  • Fulfil any additional duties and tasks as requested by senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
