The Role: As our Lettings Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our team, bringing your exceptional skills to the table, where your responsibilities will include:

Team Management:Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented Lettings Agents to achieve their full potential.

Driving Income and costs:Develop and execute strategies to maximise income, minimise costs, and ensure profitability year after year.

Completion of All Documentation:Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently, leaving no room for errors.

Smooth Office Operations:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Lettings office, ensuring a seamless workflow for the entire team.

Generating leads:Drive lead generation efforts to maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Profit and Growth:Implement innovative solutions and strategies to increase profit and revenue, positioning our agency as a market leader.

Staff Development:Foster a culture of learning and growth within your team, empowering them to reach new heights.
