Nexere have a fantastic career opportunity for a Sales Manager that wants to join a Telecommunications company that is expanding their portfolio of satellite communications to deliver services connected to the future of IoT and 5G for everyone, everywhere.

What you should do

Business Development

· Responsible for the System Business unit, looking after key accounts such as Virgin Media, Sky, Talk Talk etc. focused on fixed line customers in the UK.

· Developing relationships, identifying opportunities for ZTE to supply solutions and growing ZTEs UK presence in the devices sector with targeting sales products for devices include Home CPE and TV set-top box.

Project and Resource Management

· Assisting the team and MD in devising a sales plan and sales funnel based on UK market demand for Home CPE and TV set-top box, building local relationships and networks.

· Managing sales staff expectation, supporting the Sales cycle within the fixed line BU, and to align ZTE products with UK market demand.

Relationship Building and Networking

· Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with management level among regional offices.

· Managing and co-ordinating work and activity with the team (Commercial and Technical) to ensure alignment with common strategic objectives of the customers.

· Responsible for supporting the end to end implementation of ZTE UK sales within the system business area for consumer devices.

Reporting and Analysis

· Capturing, recording and reporting on key technical, demographic, environmental, market, economic and financial data / information, to the MD.

· Maintaining the internal reporting framework and metrics to measure the success of business development opportunities with customers.

What you should have

· At least 10 years’ experience within the telecommunications industry.

· Excellent knowledge and understanding of operators in the Fixed/Mobile Broadband portfolios market sector with Proven track record of BD and account management within large organizations.

· Good project management skills with Self-motivation

· Target driven and result focused with a track record of delivering against objectives and business development targets.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, written reporting and presentation skills with pro-active customer focus.

· Experience of working with different cultures and managerial methodologies.

· Experience of managing in complex environments and working in virtual teams.

· Experience of managing external third party environments.
