Job Description - Group Sales Manager

Our client is a new exciting hospitality platform backed by major institutional investors. The company has a portfolio of 8 hotels and is rapidly increasing its national footprint.

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales professional to become part of an exceptional team. The candidate will be responsible for leading B2B sales efforts for the group, dealing with various travel agents & corporates.

The candidate needs to possess passion for selling, leadership skills, hunger to succeed, 8-10 years’ experience and established sales network.

Position Title: Group Sales Manager

Academic Qualifications: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management or Marketing Management

Key Responsibilities
Generating new leads, pitching and converting leads into sales Working with hotel operations teams (GMs, marketing, revenue and reservations) to exceed sales targets Preparing sales collateral, participating in corporate RFPs and local sales Providing highest quality of after sales and client retention service
Prerequisites
Good Knowledge of Sales CRM, Online and Offline promotion techniques Solid understanding of Hotel operations, KPIs, budgets, forecasts Driven by results and can do attitude Experience of digital marketing Excellent in communication and presentation skills Fluent English and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Amenable to flexible and remote working Willing to frequent travel nationally Immediate interviews including ZOOM/TEAMS as appropriate.
