Sales Ledger Clerk Job - Stonehouse

3-month Temp Contract

Onsite Parking

Due to recent market growth, they are seeking to recruit a Temporary Sales Ledger clerk to join their finance team, to ensure all jobs are invoiced correctly and efficiently.

You will be working as a Sales Ledger clerk processing invoices and bills on a daily basis. You will be resolving any invoice queries coming through in a timely manner and will be liaising internally with other departments as well as customers. You will also be required to produce reports as well as other ad-hoc duties as and when required.

You will have recent Sales Ledger experience, be able to deal with high volumes in a fast-paced environment and have a very good understanding of Microsoft Excel (V-look ups and Pivot tables are desirable). You will have excellent customer service skills and be immediately available, or available on short notice.

You will be offered a competitive hourly rate including holiday pay and will be working within a friendly and fast-paced working environment. On-site parking is provided.
