Job Introduction

We are Eden Futures, and we deliver exceptional support services for people aged 18 and over who have learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and associated complex needs.

Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Ledger and Credit Control Manager this is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join an ambitious, fast-growing Private Equity-backed businesses operating in the healthcare sector.

As a Sales Ledger Billing Lead, you will be responsible for providing effective billing & admin support to the credit control team and Credit Control & Sales Ledger Manager

This is a full time role (37.5 hours) that is office based in Long Bennington. Working pattern will be Monday to Friday each week from 9am - 5pm.

Successful candidates will be required to have a Standard DBS check prior to commencing employment.

Main Responsibility

  • Running monthly billing reports.
  • Processing changes, starters & leavers in Sage 200, and managing the Inbox.
  • Work closely with the credit controllers to maintain services user and commissioner files, including contracts, packages and various information.
  • Build & maintain effective relationships, both externally and internally.
  • Process weekly invoice runs & ad-hoc billing, such as utility billing.
  • Process credit notes and re-billing.
  • Lead monthly billing review meetings with Area managers and relevant departments.
  • Reviewing uplift changes, making sure accurate information is updated in Sage 200.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A keen eye for detail & accuracy.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated to manage & priorities daily workload to ensure monthly deadlines are met and there is minimal impact to revenues.
  • Ability and desire to review and query where issues arise.
  • Good excel skills (including pivot tables).
  • Exposure of query management.
  • Excellent communicator with good customer service skills.
  • Experience in the care sector would be an advantage.
  • Experience with Sage 200 is desirable but not essential.
  • A collaborative approach and a drive to help the business grow,
