Why small businesses? Historically Small businesses have always been getting a raw deal from big utility providers. Prices have been too high and service levels abysmal. XLN was founded in 2002 to address that and we’ve since grown to be the clear leader in the space.

Salary:OTE £30k+ (competitive basic & uncapped commission)

Successful candidates will be given the opportunity to progress to Sales Team Leader and Sales Manager positions, this is based on performance and we aim to get high performing advisors promoted within 3 months, with the opportunity to build a team around them.

The Role
You will be speaking with small business owners every day, getting to know them and explaining how you can help reduce their phone and broadband bills, so passion and confidence are traits we look for in our employees! You’ll be a part of a brand new team and a brand new office – helping shape the next chapter in our company’s proud history. -

Skills & Experience:

• Sales or Telesales experience is highly advantageous
• Ambitious and motivated to drive sales.
• The social skills to instantly build rapport over the phone.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Working towards monthly KPI’s to meet target
