Job Description

MIDDAS Interior Solutions are a market leading UK designer and manufacturer of cleanrooms and steel- based partition and ceiling systems for a wide range of sectors including Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life
Science, Food, Automotive, Aerospace and Commercial Interiors.

MIDDAS require a Sales Estimator to support the Sales function, reporting to and assisting the Senior Sales
Manager.

The Sales Estimator will be based at our UK factory in Telford and will be responsible for:

Managing sales enquiries through our internal document control systems.
Reporting monthly sales figures, extracted from our CRM.
Maintaining internal product costing information.
Producing material take-offs and BoQ from enquiry drawings and information for quotation.
Producing and issuing quotations to clients.
Issuing order acknowledgements to clients.
Preparing Project Hand Over documentation when orders are received.
Capturing order variations for ongoing projects.
Maintaining contact with clients through the sales and order cycle.
Working closely with our Design and Production teams.
Client liaison and dealing with customer queries.

Although the Sales Estimator will be fully supported by the Sales Manager, the Production Team and the wider MIDDAS Management team, they will also be expected at times to work under their own initiative but supported in that.

At MIDDAS we work as a collaborative team, supporting each other and the needs of our customers.

Ideally MIDDAS are looking for a person that has a technical background with good communication skills and a vibrant and enthusiastic personality. The ability to read and understand construction drawings, and
BoQs is important to the role, a proficient user of Microsoft Office is essential. AutoCAD and BIM knowledge would also be an advantage but is not paramount.
