Sales Desk Administrator

Reports to:
Head of Sales Desk

Based at: Quedgeley Office (Hybrid working available after successful completion of probation period)

Job Purpose Summary:Support our field sales people with producing quotes on Goldvision (our company quoting tool) and some direct quoting to existing customers. All training is provided.

A fantastic opportunity to join a established and friendly team to provide essential support to our field sales managers based out of our Gloucester Head office

Requirements
  • Create ‘low complexity Quote’ on behalf of Field Sales Staff
  • Assist Field Sales Staff in water hygiene contract renewals
  • Follow up unconverted sales desk quotes on behalf of Field Sales
  • Manage and nurture basic allocated ‘House Accounts’ to ensure client satisfaction and upsell where possible
Key Performance Indicators
  • Attain set target of number of quotes produced per quarter
  • Produce quotes to appropriate quality and in a timely manner to ensure best conversion chance
  • Manage a small set of ‘House Accounts’
  • Customer satisfaction

  • Number of quotes per quarter
  • Conversion rates of quotes
  • Defending annual House Account budget
