Sales Communications Advisor

Salary: £23,000 p/a

Location: Unit 1, Bardner Bank, Killinghall, Harrogate, HG3 2SP

Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Communications Advisor!

Your main responsibility as our Sales Communications Advisor will beproviding support to our supply only customers, improving communications and contributing to an effortless customer experience.

We are looking for a skilled, self-motivated and organisedindividual who ideally has experience in customer services.

What are we looking for in our Sales Communications Advisor?

  • Customer focused with experiences in providing and effortless experience.
  • Proficient IT skill, specifically in Microsoft & Excel
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Effective communicator and excellent customer service skills
  • A team player, but has the ability to use their initiative and effectively manage their workload
  • Proactive and eager to learn

  • Deliver tasks with a focus on quality and quantity.

• Manage, organise and update relevant data/records as required. • Interpret instructions and issues arising and respond appropriately according to policies and procedures.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change or development.
