We are a small but versatile IT Managed service provider,providing solutions and support to SMEs predominantly in the recruitment sector. We pride ourselves first and foremost on our prompt, efficient, and friendly IT services which is given by fully trained professionals.

As a small company that was established in 2008 we are looking to expand and grow and are looking for the right person to handle Marketing and Sales and reap the rewards in helping us grow

Responsibilities

  • Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  • Require to look for new business via all available avenues including social media, site visits and canvassing of businesses etc.
  • Tracks sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, plans meetings and trade shows, maintain databases, and prepares report.
  • Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analysingsales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics suppliers, inventorying stock, placing orders, and verifying receipt..
  • Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
  • Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Work Hours And Benefits

Job is part time and extremely flexible for the right candidate. Ideally 20 hours a week, but if candidate requires it to be less than 16 hours (due to income support) this can be accommodated.

Marketing Coordinator Qualifications / Skills

  • Experience of sales and marketing (Tech industry a bonus)

Education And Experience Requirements

  • Marketing Degree or proven experience
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the Tech industry
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
