In this role, the Sales Administrator will work across customer service and administration and play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey. This will involve responding to inbound customer enquiries, processing sales orders, liaising between the sales and operations team to update on any changes, and generally ensuring all record and information is organised and up to date. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service / administration related role where there has been a high volume of work, liaison between different departments and working to deadlines. Candidates must be technically minded with the ability to pick up engineering basics, and have excellent IT skills working with Microsoft software.
