We are currently recruiting for a Sales Office Administrator to join our Supreme Team at our site in Sittingbourne. This position is full time.

The Sales Office Administrator role is a key customer facing role within the business and is responsible for providing a consistent customer experience from initial telephone enquiry through to sales order processing. The successful candidate will be efficient, adaptable and well organised with excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure enquiries are dealt with in timely manner to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships
  • Process all customer orders
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep records of customer interactions and file quotation / order documentation
  • Handle customer complaints within the agreed timeframe and follow up to ensure resolution
