Sales and Office Administrator needed for innovative company based in Milton Keynes

Are you a recent graduate who’s comfortable with Excel? Or are you an experienced administrator who has used SAP?

This forward-thinking, international company is looking for you to join their team to provide sales, administration support and prepare sales analytics.

Full training will be given but basic knowledge of administration and Excel will be beneficial. This role would be an excellent step for a recent graduate on their career path.

The Job:

  • Administration: sales orders, preparing documents, handling incoming phone calls
  • Logistics: order management, support shipping processes, stock control
  • Analysis/Reporting: Prepare sales statistics utilising software such as Excel and Access

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills with a focus on Excel
  • Well organised
