Sales Administrator


Based in Oldbury


8.30am - 5.00pm - Monday to Friday


Temporary to Permanent


Salary £22,000PA

My client based in West Bromwich and with offices across Europe is currently looking to recruit an experienced & proactive Sales Administrator to join their lively and friendly team!

The Role

  • Reviewing and checking prices on customer orders

  • Supporting a sales team with various administration duties

  • Dealing with customer queries and questions

  • Liaising with the warehouse department regarding stock

  • Taking first line customer service incoming calls



The ideal Sales Administrator will have:

  • Experience in a similar role

  • Strong administration experience

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

  • Knowledge of MSOffice including Outlook, Excel, Word

  • Excellent team working skills
