Sales Administrator An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team, with a UK & European leading manufacturer, full time office based in the Rochdale area. This position requires you to carry out a range of both general and sales administration tasks, along with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner, both verbally and written. General Requirements-Answering and logging all incoming calls
  • Reception duties and greeting visitors
  • Organise lunches for meeting, and book travel and hotels when required
  • General office administration, including; filing archiving, actioning customer correspondence, placing stationery & kitchen orders
  • Printing of labels for production & despatch
  • Opening and distribution of office mail
  • Support Sales / Purchasing / Projects when required
  • Maintaining and updating office databases Sales Duties
  • Acknowledge orders
  • Sales order input / processing / Sage
  • Customer Invoicing
  • PODs when required
  • Copies of delivery notes & invoices upon request
  • Free issue request
  • Update / maintain contact & price lists Candidate Requirements:
  • Polite and professional manner
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of IT Proficiency
  • Team player, with a ‘Can do’ attitude Working
    Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 /08:00 - 16:30 /17:00 Friday: 07:30 /08:00 - 12:30 /13:30
