We are working exclusively with a local company in Witney, who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their fast paced small and friendly team.

You will be part of the procurement team, managing internal sales processes from initial request, to supply of quotation, production of sales order, purchasing of product and scheduling of installations

The main duties of the Sales Administrator will be:
  • Processing initial requests from within our CRM system to generate quotations
  • Following up with the customer to convert to a sale
  • Producing the sales order
  • Placing the order with suppliers
  • Scheduling the installation in the installations engineer’s agenda
  • Closing the process by following up post installation with the customer

We are looking to speak to people who are excellent communicators, professional with a flexible approach, and able to use your initiative and make confident decisions.

We are interested in hearing from candidates with a background in Sales Administration, Procurement, Purchasing, Administration, Customer Service and Export/Import.

Sales Administrator Salary £25,000 - £29,000pa
