Sales Account Manager

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience. Company Car

Based: Our offices in Galley Common, just outside of Nuneaton

The Job

Working with the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with a set of well established, regular spending accounts, ensuring that they receive the best levels of customer service possible.

There will also be a new business/business development aspect to the role, identifying and on-boarding good-fit customers to the business.

Relationships are important for our business, both internally and externally, so it is essential that you are a friendly, outgoing and approachable person, willing to go the extra mile for both colleagues and customers alike. Your ability to communicate effectively at any level and through different channels will help you succeed in this role. You will also be dealing with customers from different industries, all with their own requirements, handling technical information and liaising with all the departments within our business so your good organisational skills will come into their own.

You will have worked in a similar role for at least 3 years and, where previous industry experience is not absolutely essential, working in a sheet metal/fabrication/engineering role previously would be preferred. A full UK driving licence is required.
