Internal Sales Support

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience.

Based: Our offices in Galley Common, just outside of Nuneaton

Hours:40 hours per week (full time)

The Job

Working within the Sales Team, you will be responsible for assisting the team with all aspects of the sales function of the business. You will be in direct contact with our customers, assisting with queries, liaising with the other departments to ensure high levels of customer service at all times. Tasks will include:

  • Answering incoming customer requests and assisting them with their query or directing them to the relevant department.
  • Assisting customers with progress chasing.
  • Following up on quotations to ensure they have been received and the status of this quoted work.
  • Helping to maintain the company’s CRM.
  • Assisting with the marketing function of the business, email campaigns/social media etc.
  • General sales office administration.

You will have worked in a similar role for at least 1 year. Industry experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
