We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager to join our team and collaborate closely with colleagues in Sales, Credit & Risk, and Operations departments. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team throughout the entire financing process, ensuring that we meet our customer service commitments and enhance the overall customer experience. Your efforts will also aid in nurturing and expanding our relationships with Introducers to maximize new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Support Sales Channels : Assist in all aspects of the financing process, from pre-credit evaluation to deal completion. Broker Relations : Cultivate positive working relationships with our Brokers, strengthening our partnerships. Credit Follow-up : Collaborate closely with the Credit team to chase credit decisions and monitor progress. Deal Progress : Follow up on acceptance statuses and estimated closing dates to ensure smooth operations. Operations Support : Aid in fulfilling Conditions Precedent for accepted deals by working closely with the Operations team. Onboardin g: Assist with the onboarding process for new Brokers and Introducers. Communication : Provide regular updates throughout the funding process via email and telephone, ensuring all information is accurately recorded in our main system. Flexibility : Be willing to take on other duties as required by the company to meet evolving business needs.
