Sales Account Manager - Field Based

Overview of position

• Contacting new customers with a strong focus on customer service as well as up-selling & cross-selling.
• Proactively identifying business and sales opportunities when talking to customers and seeking additional revenue for the company
• Working towards a personal target as well as contributing to the team target
• Attending meetings/ appointments to expand the business
• Face to face meetings

Experience

• Strong B2B sales environment experience
• Strong organisational, diary management skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
• A minimum of 2+ years Field sales experience, selling IT contractual services, ideally in an IT related role
• Ambitious, inquisitive and keen to learn
• Excellent customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hunger to earn well and succeed against set targets

Remuneration & Benefits
