Job description

At Effective Energy we are experts in installing renewable products into our customers premises - whether it be Commercial or Residential.

With our business going from strength to strength, we continue to diversify into renewable technology in order to support our ambition of becoming the number 1 installer of renewable products throughout the UK.

Due to this, we are expanding our Solar Roofer & Solar Electrician teams (PV Installers) across the Nation and want you to join us on our journey!

Solar Roofer role:

- Installation Solar PV modules and associated mounting frames on various roof types - metal/tiled

- Installation of Battery storage systems (retro and in-line with new solar installations)

- Comply with MCS standards and industry standards on all installs

- Understand and be able to work to Risk Assessments and Method Statements

- Working at Height appreciation and safety knowledge

- Client facing, with good communication skills

Solar PV installation gangs/teams preferable but not essential

You must have:

- Full Drivers Licence (max 6 points)

- Experience of working with a team to get the best results

- Understanding of RAMS and working safely

- Minimum 1 year experience of roofing installation
