As our new Reward and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for leading on all reward and benefits packages and be an expert in this field. You’ll be capable of leading and influencing processes and decision making at a senior level, have an analytical mindset and be innovative in your approach.


Providing high quality, progressive, equitable and inclusive employment experience, ensuring our pay, reward and benefit strategies are flexible and competitive both nationally and internationally are key to our success.


You will deliver an efficient, solution focused and strategically informed service that contributes to the University’s current high performance and ongoing success.


You will have substantial experience of working in an HR department in a large, complex organisation and of carrying out complex pay analysis and benchmarking and developing innovative proposals for a competitive employment package.


As a senior member, the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the HR senior leadership and your team, ensuring you adapt your approach to reflect the diversity of staff on campus is required.

Chartered membership of the CIPD is also key requirement.
