REVIT Technician / REVIT Coordinator - Modular Build

The Company

My client, a £100m turnover main contractor, is looking to appoint a REVIT Technician / REVIT Coordinator.

They are a privately owned business and have achieved impressive growth, year on year, for the past 5 years, and are financially robust.

They undertake projects with contract values from £10m to £50m spanning various sectors including super prime residential, commercial, mixed use, and hotels.

The principle business is a construction main contractor, but they also have subsidiary businesses and an investment arm. They have secured significant investment which in conjunction with their own capital, will facilitate their future growth plans to double turnover by 2024.

Retaining a strong sense of family ownership, this contractor has managed to grow and diversify winning landmark projects and expand into new sectors.

They have recently successfully won a number of projects in the modular build sector and our client now has expanded, building a new office / manufacturing facility in the Northampton area.

The Role

Our client is keen to employ addition staff in the Northampton region and is currently seeking a REVIT Technician / REVIT Coordinator.

Experience in BIM and CAD will be advantageous. Ideally candidates will have worked with a main contractor and have a good grounding of the design process across a full building, however they will consider applications from candidates who have worked for specialist contractors.
